Portfolio work, imagery and other materials may be owned by me, my clients or other relevant rights holders.

Professional services may include design, creative direction, consulting, mentoring, portfolio guidance and other related services.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or obligation to purchase.

Before work begins, the relevant scope, fees, timing and any service-specific conditions will be confirmed separately. Where separate written terms or agreements are provided, they take precedence over these general Terms.

Fees and payment arrangements are agreed before a service begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment may be required before a scheduled session or before work commences.

Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions will be communicated before confirmation of the service.

Where services are purchased as a consumer through a distance agreement, such as online or by email, applicable consumer law may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the service contract is concluded.

If you expressly request that a service begins during this period and later withdraw, payment may be due for services already provided. Where a service has been fully completed with the required prior agreement, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Mentoring, portfolio guidance, consulting and similar services provide professional guidance and feedback but do not guarantee specific outcomes, including employment, university admission, commercial success or other results.

Where services involve participants under 18, parent or guardian involvement or consent may be required.

This website may link to or use third-party websites, platforms or services. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies, and I am not responsible for their content or availability.

Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate and services professionally delivered.
