Action Global Communications

Action Global Communications is an independent international communications agency with unprecedented experience spanning continents and cultures. The company started 50 years ago in Cyprus and today has expanded to over 14 locations worldwide, with regional hubs in Dubai, Cyprus and Russia. I joined the agency in 2021 as their first Creative Director and the Head of their 5-years-old web division, taking over the department and leading the team and projects quality to what I've been doing best for the last 18+ years. My first action was to help the agency position their re-brand properly online, and of course, to update their website to a fresh, engaging and modern look.

The project was a challenging one, but a proud one, seeing the end-result after the hard work from everyone involved. My biggest challenge was to work with a new team that had no experience on the type of websites I’ve been leading towards to, including animations and unconventional layouts. At the same time, I had to work closely with stakeholders, departments, and global offices to develop the design direction we all wanted to and coordinate the required content and site structure. It wasn't easy, but everyone from design, development, content and marketing stepped up and worked hard to launch this site under a tight deadline and with high expectations. An extolled result, well received from every employee and client across the agency’s global network. 

Proudly, the website has also won 4 CSS Design Awards.
