2014
A complete event identity and digital direction for TEDxNicosia 2014 — translating the theme of “Perspectives” into a visual system across branding, web, motion, stage, print, and social media.
I had been involved with TEDxNicosia since 2011, the first independently organised TEDx event in Cyprus, as a founding member, co-organiser, and Creative Director for the event’s visual direction.
For the 2014 edition, the theme was Perspectives. The creative challenge was to build an identity that expressed the idea of seeing things from a different point of view, while still respecting the global TEDx design guidelines and keeping the event recognisable within the wider TEDx framework.
I led the art direction and brand design across the full event experience, from the logo system and printed materials to the website, social media presence, stage visuals, props, team presentation, and video trailer.
The result was a cohesive event identity that gave TEDxNicosia 2014 a distinct visual character, connecting the theme, venue experience, digital communication, and promotional material under one clear creative direction.
